GENERAL RULES
I have the right to refuse any commission.
These terms are subject to change at any time.
As a commissioner, you are under obligation to read and understand all my terms, including acknowledgment of my prices, info, and contact information. Failure to do so is on the commissioner. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of my terms.
All artwork is © to myself. No tracing, editing, reproducing, heavily referencing, or any other theft is allowed.
You are not allowed to claim ownership of my work, as well as remove, cover, or crop my watermark.
I reserve the right to use my work in any way I see fit, such as using it for commission examples or posting it to my galleries.
I will refuse any commission that is adult-themed if you are under 18! This is non-negotiable.
Commissioners are allowed to upload the finished product anywhere so long as I am credited!
You are not allowed to profit off of my art. This includes using it for commercial use (e.g. prints, t-shirts, cups, etc. in order to sell it) or selling a commission.
Personal use is allowed however, such as badges, banners, avatars, ect.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Digital art only. Payment must be made in USD, and I prefer to send invoices whenever possible.
Payment is required up front. I will start on your commission after payment is received.
If you cannot pay when you contact me about your commission, you can be added to my queue marked as "unpaid."
Refunds are accepted, but the amount may depend on how much work I've already done on the commission.
I will not refund for an almost or fully completed picture. Refund prices will vary and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please do not enter any information into the invoice, if the option is available.

APPROVALS AND TIME FRAME
My general turn around time is 2-8 weeks; please keep in mind that I do work slowly sometimes due to health and personal issues. I ask that you are patient with me.
I am always willing to send a wip whenever asked and will never ghost a message asking for any updates.
For sketch approvals, I usually send one wip once I am done with the sketching process, and will continue to send wips as I see fit, with customs being more often.
Any denied sketch may be used for future works, such as YCHs or even personal art.
If you would like your commission within a deadline, please let me know when you contact me so we can work something out. Depending on how short the deadline is, it may cost extra.
The best place to check on your commission progress is through my art queue on Trello.
Once I have finished your commission, I will provide a high resolution PNG through dropbox or discord.
As stated in the rules, please do not crop or remove my watermark. I will not distribute a version without my it. If you aren't happy with the placement, I will move it for you. If you would like to add your own watermark, you may do so as long as it doesn't cover or detract from my own.

RULES FOR OWNING MY DESIGNS
Once you own the design, you're welcome to do whatever you'd like with it. Alter the gender, species, markings; just make sure it's still recognizable!
PLEASE DO NOT alter my original art without asking me. This includes tampering with the lines, watermark, or drawing / coloring on top of it! If you need any changes, please just ask me any time.
There's no need to credit me every single time you get art of the character.
You are NOT allowed to sell a design you received in a trade. You are only allowed to re-trade or re-gift! You are only allowed to sell a design for the same price you paid for.
I prefer to keep track of my designs through toyhou.se but it's not required. If you're interested in the site and need a toyhouse code, I have plenty to spare and am more than willing to give one to you.
You may add yourself (or another artist) as a designer if redesigned. Just please leave my credits up as the original designer!
Breaking any of the rules that have been blatantly stated here may result in you being blacklisted.
If you are blacklisted, I will refuse to do future business with you. Blocking may occur if you have unprofessional behavior regarding this. If you broke any of my rules by mistake and I blacklist you for it, you may message me and we can talk about it.

I usually go by Yusei or Ken, which is my real name.I'm a very private, shy, yet sincere and genuine person. I don't really operate with ulterior motives or agendas.
I value connecting with others, but it is very hard for me as I'm not very talkative or good at holding conversations, but I'd like to think I'm quite friendly and open minded.I'm not very confrontational and don't handle stress well; I stress out very easily, especially due to the fact that I struggle with crippling social and general anxiety.
